Privacy notice

What we collect. Answers about the battery (type, brand, condition, why it was refused) and, only if you agree, one contact detail so we can ask how the drop-off went.

Why. To suggest a safe next step for your battery and to learn where the recycling system is failing people. Your case is identified by a reference like SR-26-ABC123, not your name.

Contact details are stored separately from battery information, are never included in pilot reports or exports, and are used only for follow-up about your case. You can stop follow-up messages at any time using the link in any message we send.

Follow-up. If you agree, we send at most one message a couple of days later and one final reminder about a week after that.

Retention. Case records are kept for the duration of the pilot and its evaluation. Contact details are deleted when your case is closed or on request.
